Duramix did not start small and grow into ambition. It started with ambition and built the infrastructure to match it from day one.

• Registered the company and immediately commissioned a jumbo imported batching plant with a production capacity of 1,400 CUM per day, the most advanced single-site RMC facility operational in Odisha at the time
• Within just six months of launch, before most companies would have completed their first operational year, became the first brand in Odisha to introduce a 70 CUM/hr truck-mounted concrete pump, redefining what on-site delivery speed and reach looked like across the state
• Simultaneously deployed 7 CUM capacity transit mixers, ensuring that the volume capability built into the plant was matched by delivery capacity on the road from day one

The first full operational year tested Duramix against the two metrics that matter most in ready-mix concrete: how far you can reliably go, and how much you can consistently produce. On both counts, Duramix set a new standard for Odisha.

• Achieved a single-side delivery distance of 130 km, serving an external customer at a location no Odisha RMC company had reached before, while maintaining full concrete quality and slump specification. Zero compromise, regardless of distance
• Produced 9,000 CUM of concrete in a single calendar month, an industry record for Odisha at the time, and proof that the plant's rated capacity was not theoretical

If 2020–21 was about proving what Duramix could do, 2021–22 was about raising the standard of what the entire Odisha RMC industry thought was possible.

• Set a new single-day production record of 900 CUM, delivered to 21 different clients in a single day. Not 21 deliveries to one site. Twenty-one separate clients, each served to full specification, in one operational shift. A logistical achievement that demonstrated the depth of Duramix's fleet, dispatch capability, and quality discipline simultaneously
• Achieved 25% market share in Bhubaneswar, while simultaneously raising, not lowering, the quality and service standard. Market dominance built on performance, not pricing
• Became one of the Fastest RMC companies in Odisha to receive QCI Accreditation for RMC Capability Certification, an independent, national-level validation of production quality that few competitors in the state could match
• Introduced the Compact Boom Placer, a first-of-its-kind innovation in Odisha's RMC market, purpose-built to address the challenge of alleyway movement, fuel efficiency, and serviceability in congested urban pour sites where conventional boom placers cannot operate

By 2022, Duramix had established itself as Bhubaneswar's dominant RMC supplier. The next question was not how to protect what had been built, it was how to build further and faster.

• Expanded to a second Bhubaneswar location, establishing Odisha's next largest RMC plant at 120 CUM/hr production capacity. Two world-class plants. One city. One standard across both.
• Became the only RMC brand in Odisha to introduce Chilling Plant facilities, directly addressing the dual challenge of rising high-grade concrete demand and Odisha's extreme summer temperatures. Temperature-controlled concrete, previously unavailable in the state, was now a Duramix standard offering
• With the addition of the second plant, set a new monthly production record of 30,000 CUM, a volume that required flawless coordination across two facilities, an expanded fleet, and a quality team operating at full stretch
• Reached approximately 30% market share, the dominant position in Odisha's RMC market, built on product breadth, delivery reliability, and a technical capability no competitor in the state could replicate

2023–24 was the year Duramix crossed milestones that would have seemed ambitious as founding targets, and then kept going.

• Surpassed 700 happy clients, spanning private developers, government infrastructure bodies, large conglomerates, and MSMEs across Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri
• Delivered 200+ project collaborations, every one completed to specification, on schedule, and backed by documented quality reports
• Crossed approximately 1 million CUM of total concrete delivered since inception, a cumulative volume that represents a defining share of Odisha's built infrastructure over five years
• Expanded the specialty concrete portfolio to 10 grades, adding Structural Lightweight Concrete, Cementless Concrete, and Industrial Flooring Solution Concrete alongside the existing range. Duramix was no longer simply an RMC supplier. It had become a concrete solutions company.
• Grew team strength to 350+ people, the human infrastructure behind every batch, every delivery, every quality report, and every client relationship

In 2024–25, Duramix did not just serve Odisha's most prestigious projects. It defined what those projects could achieve.

• Supplied approx. 40,000 CUM of concrete to the Kalinga Stadium renovation, one of the most scrutinised construction projects in Odisha's recent history, executed under the pressure of a Hockey World Cup venue deadline. Every cubic metre delivered with extreme care, in record-breaking time, with zero quality deviation
• Executed a single continuous raft foundation pour of 8,000 CUM in 48 hours, a record for a monolithic single pour in Odisha, demanding flawless coordination across fleet dispatch, pump positioning, and quality control across two consecutive days and nights without interruption
• Produced M70 grade of concrete for the first time in the state of Odisha, the highest compressive strength grade ever commercially produced in Odisha, delivered successfully with Zero Non-Conformances. A technical milestone that no other RMC company in the state had achieved before or since

When Odisha's construction industry grew, most RMC companies added a truck. Duramix built a plant the entire country had never seen before, and then won the award to prove it.

• Commissioned Odisha's largest and India's most advanced ready-mix concrete facility: a single-site plant with a production capability of 4,000 CUM per day. Nearly three times the capacity of the founding facility, the largest single-site RMC plant in the state, and a declaration of where Duramix and Odisha's construction industry is heading
• Introduced India's first fully integrated concrete recycling plant, an imported, purpose-built system capable of recovering and reprocessing all primary raw materials like cementitious material, aggregates, sand, and water. In an industry where waste is accepted as inevitable, Duramix made it a choice. Nothing leaves the plant as waste.
• Deployed an automated tyre cleaning and vehicle washing system at plant exit, eliminating dust carry-out onto public roads, protecting surrounding communities from particulate pollution, and setting a new benchmark for responsible, clean plant operation in India's ready-mix concrete industry
• Awarded 'Leader in Large Scale Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing' by the Times of India, the only building materials brand in Odisha to receive this recognition in the category. Not shortlisted.
